With the Terrace Bay Resort being the home of the Cabela's 2004 National Walleye Championship, we want everybody to experience why the pros chose our area. The Terrace Bay Resort provides convenient fishing opportunities on Little Bay de Noc by offering a launch facility complete with lighted channel markers, truck and trailer parking, heated fish cleaning room with sinks and cutting table. Also, available at front desk are refrigeration and freezer storage.

Noted for being one of the top walleye spots in the world, Little bay de Noc is the classic Great lakes fishery. Thousands of post spawn Walleye are related to shoreline weeds and mid-bay reefs on opening day, May 15th. Late October has become the focus of walleye trophy anglers. Big water enthusiasts know that the word is out- Little Bay de Noc offers a superb trophy fishery including Walleye in excess over 10 lbs.

To qualify you must meet the requirements for the following species:

Walleye:
28' in length or 8 lbs or better
|

|
Northern Pike:
38" in length or 11 lbs or better
|

|
Small Mouth Bass:
18" in length or 3.5 lbs or better
|

|
Splake:
25" in length or 6 lbs or better
|

If you feel your catch qualifies bring it to the front desk. We will weigh and measure it. If it meets our specifications- we will photograph, date and post your catch on our web site. In addition, you will also receive a free drink voucher redeemable in bar/Lounge and also receive the distinct honor of being inducted into our "Sportsmen's Hall of Fame."
